The Authenticity Seal & Hygiene Standard:  To guarantee the pristine nature of our premium, lanolin-free fibers, every pair of Wilder & Wool socks is secured with our signature authenticity banderole. As our garments are intimate hygiene products, we uphold the strictest health and safety standards for our clientele. Returns and exchanges are exclusively accepted if the original Wilder & Wool authenticity banderole remains completely intact and unbroken. Once the seal is removed, altered, or broken, the item is considered worn and is strictly excluded from any return, exchange, or refund. An unbroken seal is your personal guarantee of untouched luxury.

Return Window If your banderole is intact and you wish to initiate a return, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition they were received.

Initiating a Return To request a return, please contact our Client Concierge at concierge@wilderandwool.com with your order number. We will provide you with secure shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is deemed defective.
